ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Doeren Sales & Associates was started in 2006 after having 10+ years of experience in the lighting industry. Our office is in South St. Paul, MN and we cover territory throughout the Midwest. We maintain an accomplished sales team capable of growing and altering to fit the ever changing market.
Currently, Doeren Sales & Associates represents Holtkotter, Norwell, and Solara products. Holtkotter is a high-end lighting line that focuses on the "form follows function" method to create the most light output possible combined with a German engineered simple and clean design. Solara offers a wide variety of style and finishes and are also known for their custom railing and doors. We strive to overcome the challenge of a higher price point line in a commodity based environment.
Carsten Doeren, Owner and President of Doeren Sales & Associates, became a Factory Representative for Holtkotter in 2004. During that time he covered territory in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin. In 2006, he expanded to Nebraska and Iowa. In 2006, Doeren Sales & Associates added additional officer personnel. In 2007, he expanded yet again to Kansas, and Western Missouri.

Shelley Doeren, Office Support & Inside Sales
Shelley Doeren started in Lighting in 2007 as a part time office employee. In 2009 Shelley started working full time at Doeren Sales. She is a big part of the success of Doeren Sales to provide the highest level of customer service.
Carsten Doeren, Outside Sales
Carsten Doeren is a master machinist from Germany. He started his career in lighting at Holtkoetter Germany. In 1999 he got transferred over to the US facility where he was in charge of assembly and design of lights. In 2004 Carsten started his Sales career as a Holtkoetter factory representative. In 2006 after having 10+ years of experience in the lighting industry Carsten started Doeren Sales.
Frankie Cameron, Outside Sales & Interior Designer
Frankie is an NCIDQ certified interior designer and has 14 years of experience working in the design industry, focusing specifically on lighting for the last 5 years. She has gained significant experience as a professional interior designer, instructor and guest speaker on design related topics. Frankie has worked extensively with builders, remodelers, architects, other designers and end users to customize interior spaces. Her work has been featured on both national television and in magazines.
